Do you accept insurance?

No. Career coaching isn't a covered service. If your employer offers a professional development budget, it's worth checking. Many will cover coaching as a legitimate expense.

How do I know if I need coaching or therapy?

If you're managing significant symptoms or need clinical support, start with therapy. Coaching works best when you have the capacity to focus on the practical and strategic side of your work life. Plenty of people do both at once.

Can I switch between Advisory and Coaching?

Yes, often. Both are priced the same hourly, so there's no cost to moving between them.

What's your cancellation policy?

24 hours' notice to reschedule. Less than that, the session is forfeited but you can still rebook rather than lose it entirely. All purchases are non-refundable.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, 15 minutes. We'll talk through what you're navigating and I'll tell you honestly whether this is a good fit.
