Workshops, panels, and conversations on career navigation and workplace mental health. Direct, warm, and grounded in doctoral research and lived experience.
Caroline on what support at work looks like in practice, and why sustainable careers start with self-knowledge rather than fitting yourself to an organization's expectations.
Caroline holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC and spent eight years in university career services before founding Career Wavelength. She also lives with a mood disorder, which is why the advice she gives accounts for how people actually function rather than how they're supposed to.
She hosts DBSA California's Third Thursday Speaker Series, featuring guests including Gabe Howard and General Gregg Martin, and facilitates live audience Q&A (unrecorded, to protect participant privacy).
In her own words: Caroline's story, from DBSA California's We've Been There member series.
