Two ways to work together: a focused conversation with a specific question at the center, or sustained coaching through something bigger. Neither is more serious than the other, they're just built for different moments.
If you can name the question, that's Advisory: resume review, mock interview, one work situation you need to think through out loud. If the question keeps changing as you dig into it, that's Coaching. You can start in one and move to the other. They're priced the same hourly.
If none of these feel right for your situation, we also offer customized coaching services tailored to your goals.
Start a conversationStructure without a coaching commitment.
This works if you have enough capacity right now to reflect and take small steps between sessions, and you're ready to look at your whole self, not just your resume.
If you're in a hard season, in crisis, or need a job within days to avoid financial emergency, book a free consult first, or reach out to a mental health professional. I'll tell you honestly if now isn't the right time.
Sliding scale coaching is available case by case. If cost is what's standing between you and starting, reach out anyway.
Sessions are virtual, over Zoom. Career coaching isn't covered by insurance, but employer professional-development budgets often cover it. A free 15-minute consult is always available if you're not sure this is the right fit.
